For you

You're not supposed to be this tired.

Keep it, and stack — the gains accelerate
For companies

You pay your team for eight hours. Get eight hours of energy.

A measurable energy program that trains your leaders to run it inside your own organisation. Built for teams in Asia.

Built for a world that's built to make you unhealthy

The healthy choice should be the easy choice. We make it one.

No six-packs, no biohacking, no overhaul you'll quit by February. Just practical changes built for normal working people with real jobs.

How it works

Small things, repeated, beat heroic overhauls

One change at a time. The longer you keep it, the faster it pays off.

Learn what matters

Skip the noise. A few ideas that actually move your energy, explained plainly and backed by real evidence.

Pick one small change

Not everything at once. One change small enough that you'll actually keep it, starting today.

Keep going, and stack

Add the next one when the first is automatic. The gains don't flatten. They accelerate.

Illustrative maths, deliberately simplified: real change is smaller, because the body adapts.

The problem is real, and it's common

If you feel worse than you used to, you are not lazy and you are not alone. The environment is stacked against you. Small changes are the way out.

33%

of employees in Asia are burned out, more than almost anywhere else in the world. That's not a personal weakness. It's the environment you work in.

McKinsey Health Institute, 2023
64%

say their health got worse or stayed the same last year, even though they wanted to change it. Wanting more energy was never the hard part. Knowing where to start is.

Deloitte Workplace Well-being, 2024
21%

of employees worldwide feel genuinely engaged and energised at work. For most people, running on empty has quietly become normal.

And who are you?

Why I'm writing this

I've spent three decades in a demanding corporate job, twenty of them across Asia, most recently as a Regional Managing Director. I'm not a doctor, and I'm not a full-time athlete. I've always understood that your energy decides the quality of your work, and over the years I learned, first-hand, what actually keeps it high through long days and real pressure.

That's why I'm doing this. I know I can help, I have the practical knowledge and the tools, and I genuinely care about it. wirta is all of that, written down: the best available science, honest about its limits, turned into small changes you can actually keep.
